The National Museum of Mors
The exhibitions at Dueholm Monastery can be found in four of the site's beautiful buildings. You buy your ticket in the museum shop, and from here you are sent into the building, which was established by the Johannite monks. Then you visit the other charming buildings.
You can discover a sea of objects and interesting stories from Mors' cultural history. Among other things, you can experience the history of Nykøbing's development, learn more about Dueholm's history as a monastery and manor house, see exciting finds from the area's antiquity, get the story of seafaring and fishing on and in the Limfjord around Mors, explore a multitude of fascinating objects from the island's history, as well as visiting exciting special exhibitions.
NB: In the spring of 2025, we are making some changes to our permanent exhibitions. But don't worry! There are still plenty of exciting stories about Mors ready to be explored in the museum.
