It is known across much of the globe that the mo-clay deposits on Mors contain unique and incredibly well-preserved fossils, which has led to Hanklit being nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The fossils provide an outstanding glimpse into the life that unfolded on Mors 55 million years ago.
Alongside this focus, the museum's experts will assist participants in identifying the beach stones we come across and explain the formation of the stunning landscape.
